RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Whilst fully enjoying the special access afforded by the event, participants will of course pay reasonable heed to the well being of the property.

Participation in the event is entirely at rider's risk and they are expected to have appropriate insurance cover. Subject to your statutory rights, the organizers, the land owners, the benefiting charities and all their associated parties, disclaim all responsibility for any damage to any person or property howsoever caused whether by negligence or otherwise. Entrants are personally responsible for ensuring that they and their mounts, together with any accompanied juniors, are competent to participate. Riders MUST wear crash helmets for jumping and body protectors are strongly recommended. There are no restrictions on passing in an orderly manner, but instructions from Marshals and Stewards must be strictly observed. The minimum age for participating horses and ponies is four years. Riders of less than ten years MUST be accompanied by an adult. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead and be under reasonable control at all times. Participants will pay heed to the well being of the Waddesdon Estate The decisions of The Organizing Committee on any matter shall be final.

For confirmation of receipt of entry and notification of Start Times and Rider Number, completed Entry Forms - ONE PER RIDER - together with a non-refundable entry fee(s) of £15; and an A5 stamped addressed return envelope are to be received by May 11th 2008.  Cheques are to be made payable to The Rotary Club of Haddenham & District.  Riders preferred Start times will be allocated as closely as possible, but cannot be guaranteed. As a Condition of Entry, each rider is to provide a minimum of £20 Sponsorship, (£15 for Juniors 16 years and under), payable at Registration on the day of the Event.  Certificates of Appreciation will be awarded to the Top Five sponsored riders and to each rider raising more than £50.  Commemorative Rosettes will be awarded on completion of the course.  'Early Bird' Champagne Prize Draw' for the first fifty entrants received.  Start Times are from 09.00hrs.
ENTRY FORM : ONE Entry Form MUST be completed for each individual rider.  When completed, send the whole page, including details of any of your riding companions, or enclose a list of their names so that we may group your start times and a copy will be returned for each, together with Start Time and Rider Number.
